Did they already…?

I made the comic bigger again, now 1200 pixels wide!

Shoulder update: Still hurts a lot.

I’m sorry to hear your shoulder is still giving you grief, but pleased that you aren’t letting it stop you from your art.

Opus the Poet 19. May 2017 @ 04:49 Reply

Mina look so calm. Hope your shoulder starts feeling better.

leem10538a 19. May 2017 @ 05:29 Reply

Wow. Mina’s hardly straining (although she is sweating a little bit). A’sBF looks like he could be in trouble. And in case everyone else hasn’t noticed yet, the bigger page size applies to the whole of Chapter 4! Whoo!

Echoing everyone else’s sentiments about your shoulder, and wishing as always that I had something more original or constructive to say than “look after yourself”, but… look after yourself.

Very nice, understated way to start the Feats of Strength. Of course, if Erin realized how tough cellphones actually are, she might not be so surprised.

Sympathy for your shoulder situation. Don’t do any arm wresting, okay? 🙂

re: shoulder
I’ve had some shoulder issues too. At least some of the problem was underuse – weakened muscles had forced underlying support muscles to strain and resulted in chronic pain.
I expect you’ve already talked to a therapist, but don’t neglect excercising your shoulder as best you can, or you might end up with issues similar to mine, in addition to whatever problems you’re already dealing with. Good luck!

There is an entertaining sort of irony in having an artist nursing a shoulder injury doing a few pages dedicated to arm wrestling.

leem10538a 20. May 2017 @ 02:54 Reply

Who’s to say that wasn’t what inspired the arm wrestling in the first place?

Drake 20. May 2017 @ 03:05 Reply

Yeah, that irony wasn’t lost on me while drawing it.

shadowrunner2323 20. May 2017 @ 04:52 Reply

lol, an epic contest! sorry to hear about the arm still hurting, but we greatly appreciate the page!

Hot damn. I stumbled on this comic a couple years back, and it slipped out of my mind. It’s awesome to finally have it back in front of me. I’m looking forward to seeing where this goes.

leem10538a 26. May 2017 @ 01:48 Reply

OK, hands up anybody who’s noticed that all of the redrawn early pages have now also increased to 1200 wide! Whoo!

confuzzel 26. May 2017 @ 04:04 Reply

shoulder, hand, foot, hip, .. lots of us are having parts that don’t work as good as they used to. Hopefully you figure out what your body needs for it to heal in it’s own way. Parts don’t always get “all better”, but they can get better, and almost as good as before…

Just found this comic, enjoying the hell out of it so far. Looking forward to more but don’t push yourself until you’re ready. I know what it’s like to have a bum limb myself, it’s not worth the risk of screwing yourself up.

Bubbaclaw 31. May 2017 @ 08:16 Reply

Damn she’s strong!

Just found the comic today and binged the whole thing in one go. And I have to say that I am loving it and the characters a lot. I hope you feel better soon because I’m already dying to find out what happens next. Of course you’re health is more important but I’m impatient and crave a good story and this is an amazing story.

so i enjoy how even though he’s completely outmatched… uhh… erin’s step dad (does this guy have a name yet?) is so stoic that she couldn’t tell he’d started either.
