Yay! I was worried this comic was also permanently sidelined.

This went from 0 to 11 in four pages. I don’t mind, but damn.

Well we don’t know the exact back story, but it seems the girl in the skirt was answering an ad for a physical companion to take care of sexual urges for the quad amputee. I mean it’s not like she can masturbate in her condition. So if she is going to satisfy her urges she will need outside assistance. This will go very quickly to sex.

Second panel, what happened to the braid that can be seen on the left side of her head in all the other panels?

And names, we need some names. The girls already know who they are from the back story but we don’t have a clue.

Well, we know Mary is the amputee, though we still don’t know the name of the Volunteer. Also, the braid isn’t a big deal

Not a “big deal” unless you’re slightly (or not-so-slightly) OCD about visual continuity. I can tell it hangs from somewhere on the left side of her head so it should be somewhat prominent when that side of her head is visible.

It’s a braid of special continuity. it will always be on the side of her head that is away from teh camera. you can just see it under her chin in panel 2.

Panel five, it seems like there’s a typo to me.

“Once we had”, should probably be “Once we have”.

It’s one of those strange constructions that sometimes shows up, talking about something in the future that happens after something else that will happen in the future. One is dependant on the other but the first hasn’t happened yet so the dependant action can’t take place yet. It’s a common thing for sci fi writing.

Found this page a little belatedly (I don’t get Patreon e-mail notifications, unlike AHS). I think the order of panels 3-6 is slightly confusing.. or maybe I’m just thick… but, cliched as the idea may be, perhaps there should be arrows indicating the direction of reading?
